Weight Control Grocery Store Tour

This March during National Nutrition Month, the American Dietetic Association is encouraging Americans to “Get Your Plate In Shape.” The campaign focuses on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating habits. This is a perfect message for anyone who is looking to lose some weight and improve health.

To celebrate National Nutrition Month I am offering a guided grocery store tour at the Stop & Shop in Edison. Aisle-by aisle, I will provide tips on how to make smart choices to get your plate – and body – in shape.
