The summer is here and it’s time to for some BBQ fun. There’s no reason to blow your healthy eating plan! With a little planning, preparation, and desire you can ease you way through every weekend get-together and holiday party.

Use these 3 tips to help you stay on track.

Tip 1. Always scope out the food table ahead of time and only eat what you will feel really good about the next day.

Tip 2. Drink plenty of water to keep well-hydrated; limit alcohol and avoid sweet beverages.

Tip 3. Whether you are hostess or guest, prepare a dish or two that you feel good about eating.
